One of the oldest motorcycle manufacturer in the world, Peugeot Scooters to carved out new history in the  Two-Wheels Automotive Premium Scooters of Indonesia




Jakarta, 1 June 2015 —— 1889 was a very historic year in Paris because it is when the establishment of the Eiffel Tower, which is planned only stand for 20 years but it still stands today.

Nine years later history was engraved with the presence of motorcycles in the world in production by one of the oldest brands in the world of Peugeot, through Peugeot Motorcycles (now Peugeot Scooters) aged 117 years (1898 – present). In seriously trying to continuously make history, Peugeot Scooters and PT. Garansindo International Motor has signed an exclusive authorised distributors agreement to Indonesia on 27 May 2015 at the headquarters of Peugeot Scooter in Mandeure, France by Frederic Fabre, CEO and Muhammad Al Abdullah, CEO Garansindo Group.

“Currently in the Indonesian market, there has been no truly premium Scooter and finally we will bring a truly premium Scooter in Indonesia from Peugeot Scooter France which is one of the manufacturer in Europe that puts quality and a premium craftmanship, has a high historical value, and strong evidence of a premium scooter Europe,” said Muhammad Al Abdullah, CEO Garansindo Group.

And for the first time, Peugeot Scooter will be presented in Indonesia at the Indonesia International Motor Show 2015 ( IIMS 2015) and its continued success around the world by entering the two-wheeler premium automotive market in Indonesia. In this initial phase, through Garansindo, Peugeot Scooter will be present in Indonesia and introduce some variant of the CBU Scooter with the latest amongst them is the Django 150cc Injection, 200cc Star City and Metropolis 400cc Injection.
