– Encourages owners to have their Chevrolets checked before driving in the holiday season;
– The free check covers 30 components from the engine compartment to suspension system;
– Special dining and travel discounts for eligible customers.
BANGKOK, Thailand —— In line with its efforts to put customers and safety at the centre of everything it does, Chevrolet Sales Thailand launched a free 30-point-check service campaign “Check-Before-Travel with Chevrolet” to encourage Chevrolet owners to have their vehicles inspected before travelling during the holiday season.
“This is especially important for customers planning to drive up-country in their Chevrolets during the upcoming long holidays. A vehicle in good working condition is safer and has better fuel economy too. There is also less chances of mid-journey breakdowns,” said Worapan Phunman, Aftersales Development Director.
“It is also a matter of convenience – shops will be closed during the holiday period so ensuring that your Chevrolet is in peak working condition removes any worries of breakdowns and unplanned trips to the service centres,” he added.
The free 30-point check will involve components in areas including the engine, brake system, suspension, tyres and electrical systems. While the check-up is free, it is not inclusive of spare parts. Customers will be eligible for special discounts for dining and travel bookings and packages if their service bills exceed THBaht 2,800,- per vehicle per visit, during the campaign period. Special gifts also await customers who purchase selected merchandise at the service centre during the campaign period.
The nationwide campaign will run from 9 December 2014 to 15 January 2015 and covers all Chevrolet vehicles assembled by GM Thailand and purchased via Chevrolet Sales Thailand. Chevrolet Luminas and Opels are not covered by this service campaign.
