JAKARTA —— The increase of Chevrolet vehicle population in 2014 also has an impact on the number of vehicles serviced in Chevrolet dealerships across Indonesia, surging the number of vehicles serviced to 10,000 units per month for regular maintenance and spare part sales. To fulfil Chevrolet’s commitment to meet the rising demand for vehicle maintenance in the month of Ramadan and before the Lebaran season, Chevrolet initiates its Siaga Lebaran Programme entitled, “Anda Berlibur Kami Siaga”. The Siaga Lebaran programme starts from 24 July to 2 August, or 4 days before and after Eid 2014.
In parallel with efforts for developing sustainable customer service, Chevrolet introduces BRO CHEVY – a new figure that represents the spirit in providing service that is quality, responsive, reliable, enthusiastic, and focused on customer satisfaction. BRO CHEVY will appear on the logo of every Chevrolet customer service activities.
BRO CHEVY provides excellent service while escorting Chevrolet customers through the 23 customer service points, including setting up 5 Stand-by Service Post for 24 Hours along the routes widely taken to go back to customers’ hometown in Java and Bali. Stand-by Service Posts are located at Rest Area 34 Nagreg, Pamanukan Pantura Sukasari KM 4, Alas Roban, Pizza Hut Pafesta Cisarua Puncak, and District Discovery Mall Kuta Bali. Standby Posts are served directly by Chevrolet technicians equipped with Chevrolet Caravan vehicles for 24 hours used for multiple purposes, such as reparation, resting area, and giving information for Lebaran 2014.

Chevrolet also provides Stand-by Technician for 24 Hours spread across 3 points, located at Merpati Merak Hotel, Intan Banyumas Buntu Hotel, and Sidomuncul 2 Banyuwangi Hotel.
Chevrolet customers also benefit from 15 Workshops on Duty which will be operational for 24 hours.
